Three steps, and we do the work in between.
Book your appointment
Call us, or ask for a call back. Choose a home visit, our Oxford office, or an online appointment by video — whichever suits you.
Talk it through
We’ll go through your family, your estate and your wishes, and explain anything that isn’t clear. We send a checklist beforehand, but nothing has to be filled in.
Approve and sign
We draft your Will and change it as many times as you need until you’re happy. Then it’s printed and posted to you with a step-by-step Signing Guide.
Your Will is written by an accredited member of the Society of Will Writers, working to their Code of Practice and holding full professional indemnity insurance. We’re professional Will writers rather than solicitors — the same legally sound documents, usually at a lower fixed fee.
Your Will is part of a bigger picture
A Will decides what happens after you die. It doesn’t help while you’re alive — so most of our clients also set up a Lasting Power of Attorney, which lets someone you trust act for you if illness or injury ever stops you acting for yourself. And a Will only works if it can be found and still says what you meant, which is where safe storage and regular reviews come in.
We can cover any of this in the same appointment, so there’s no need to book again.
